Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (referred to throughout as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") are entered into between you, the user (referred to as "you", "your", "the Player", or "the Account Holder"), and bv33 (referred to as "bv33", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at bv33.bet.

By accessing the bv33 website at bv33.bet, by clicking "I agree" or a comparable acceptance button during the registration process, or by making a deposit and placing a bet or casino wager on the bv33 platform, you conclusively confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms take effect immediately upon your first use of the bv33 platform.

These Terms are to be read in conjunction with the bv33 Privacy Policy, the bv33 Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotional terms that apply to individual bonuses or offers. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotional document, the promotional document shall prevail only with respect to the subject matter of that promotion, and these Terms shall govern in all other respects.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the bv33 platform is strictly limited to adults. You must be 18 years of age or older to register an account, make a deposit, place a bet, play any casino game, or claim any promotion on the bv33 platform. This age requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. bv33 does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.

In addition to the age requirement, by registering on bv33 you represent and warrant that:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are accessing bv33 of your own free will and for entertainment purposes only.
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money wagered on bv33.
• You are not acting as an agent on behalf of any third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order or similar restriction that would prohibit you from accessing online gambling platforms.
• All funds you deposit on bv33 originate from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of crime or any unlawful activity.

bv33 conducts age verification as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Before a withdrawal can be processed, and at bv33's discretion at any other time, you may be required to submit documentary evidence of your identity and age, including a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification document confirming that you are 18 years of age or older.

Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. All pending withdrawals will be cancelled. Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned through the original deposit method after verification. Any winnings accumulated by an underage player are void and will not be paid out.

Account Registration & Security

To access bv33's real-money gaming and betting features, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. During registration, you will be required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and a chosen password. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if it changes.

One account per player. Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) bv33 account at any given time. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Discovery of duplicate accounts will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and pending bonuses across those accounts.

Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bv33 account credentials, including your username and password. bv33 strongly recommends the following security practices:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform or service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your bv33 account where available.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person.
• Log out of your bv33 account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Contact bv33 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

bv33 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that occurs as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. All bets and transactions placed using your account credentials are considered to have been made by you unless you have reported a security breach to bv33 in writing prior to those transactions being executed.

Account verification (KYC). bv33 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any time. Failure to provide the requested verification documents within a reasonable period may result in temporary account restrictions or permanent account closure.

Deposits & Withdrawals

bv33 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods designed for Bangladesh players. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfer via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All account balances are held and displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

Deposits. The minimum deposit amount on bv33 is ৳500. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your bv33 account instantly in most cases. Card and bank transfer deposits may take slightly longer depending on your financial institution. bv33 does not charge any platform fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges — these are outside bv33's control.

Withdrawals. You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed the KYC verification process before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit where possible, in line with anti-money laundering requirements.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit per transaction, though processing times may vary for large withdrawals.
• Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements in full before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• bv33 processes withdrawal requests within 1–3 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the volume of pending requests.
• bv33 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts flagged for security review.

Declined transactions. bv33 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, where verification requirements have not been met, or where the transaction conflicts with these Terms. In such cases, bv33 will notify the affected account holder as soon as practicable.

Bonuses & Promotions

bv33 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these Terms and to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, which are published on the relevant promotion page and take precedence over these general terms in respect of that specific offer.

Wagering requirements. All bonuses awarded by bv33 are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. The wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the offer) must be wagered before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a wagering requirement of 30x on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place ৳30,000 in eligible wagers before the bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.

The following general rules apply to all bv33 bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated that a promotion is repeatable.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• Different game categories may contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Check the specific terms of each offer.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The bv33 platform encompasses sports betting, live casino, slots, video poker, and other casino game categories. Each category and each individual game or market is governed by its own specific rules, which are available within the platform. By participating in any game or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the relevant game or market rules.

Sports betting. Pre-match and live in-play bets are accepted on a range of sports markets including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, hockey, and tennis. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on bv33:

• Bets are final once accepted by the bv33 platform. You cannot cancel, amend, or reverse a confirmed bet.
• Odds displayed are correct at the time the bet is accepted. bv33 reserves the right to correct clearly erroneous odds prior to bet acceptance without prior notice.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific market rules for that sport and event type.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These are displayed within the bet placement interface at the time of placing the bet.
• bv33 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including for reasons of risk management or suspected match fixing.

Casino games. All casino games on bv33, including slots, video poker (such as Jacks or Better), live dealer games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Teen Patti, Dragon Tiger, Andar Bahar), and all other titles, use certified RNG technology (for non-live games) or real physical game equipment streamed live from licensed studios (for live dealer games). The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot and RNG game is displayed within that game's information panel.

bv33 accepts no responsibility for any losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules, incorrect bet placement, or failure to read the terms of a specific game before playing.

Responsible Gaming

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bv33 platform. bv33 reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances — against any player found to have engaged in any of the following:

• Providing false information: Supplying inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent personal details during registration or at any point during account verification.
• Underage gambling: Accessing or using the bv33 platform when under 18 years of age, or knowingly allowing a person under 18 to access your account.
• Multiple accounts: Creating or using more than one bv33 account simultaneously, or opening a new account after a previous account has been closed for breach of these Terms.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotions or bonus systems in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, including through the use of multiple accounts, artificial wagering patterns, or coordinated play with other players.
• Match fixing or insider information: Placing bets using non-public information or in connection with any scheme to fix, manipulate, or otherwise corrupt the outcome of any sporting event or casino game.
• Fraud and money laundering: Using the bv33 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity, or using the platform in any manner that could constitute money laundering under applicable law.
• Automated betting tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, macros, or any other automated means to place bets, play casino games, or interact with the bv33 platform without the express written consent of bv33.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback or reversal through your bank or payment provider for funds legitimately deposited on bv33 and used for gambling purposes.
• Hacking or interference: Attempting to access bv33's backend systems, game servers, or any non-public areas of the platform, or introducing malicious code, viruses, or disruptive material of any kind.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other multi-player game category on the bv33 platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bv33 platform — including but not limited to the bv33 brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, icons, text, software, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of bv33 or its licensed content providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, where applicable.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bv33 platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, download, upload, or distribute any content from the bv33 platform without prior written permission from bv33.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the bv33 platform or its software.
• Use the bv33 name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any marketing, advertising, or promotional material without prior written consent.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the bv33 website on any other site or platform without bv33's express written approval.
• Use any automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the bv33 platform for any purpose.

Any unauthorised use of bv33's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may additionally constitute an infringement of applicable copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws. bv33 reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies in respect of any such infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bv33 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the bv33 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes, including losses on sports bets, casino games, or any other wagering activity on the platform.
• Loss of data, account access, or platform availability arising from technical failures, server outages, maintenance periods, or circumstances beyond bv33's reasonable control.
• Any delay in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, or any bank.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your bv33 account as a result of your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you during registration or verification that results in account restriction or closure.
• Changes to game availability, odds, or platform features at bv33's discretion.

bv33 makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the platform is available at all times and that game outcomes are delivered accurately and without error. However, bv33 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to players where possible.

In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that results in an incorrect game outcome, incorrect odds being offered, or an erroneous bonus being credited, bv33 reserves the right to void the affected transactions and restore account balances to their pre-error state. bv33 will notify affected players and work to resolve any such issues as quickly as possible.

Account Suspension & Closure

bv33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete the required KYC verification process within a reasonable time period following a request from bv33.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, match fixing, bonus abuse, or any other prohibited conduct as described in Section 8 of these Terms.
• A player's self-exclusion request submitted to bv33 directly or via a third-party self-exclusion scheme.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as inactive. bv33 will attempt to notify the account holder before any action is taken on an inactive account.
• A legal obligation or regulatory requirement that compels bv33 to restrict or close the account.
• Where bv33 determines, in its sole discretion, that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

Closure requested by the player. You may request closure of your bv33 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable period. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your primary deposit method, subject to standard KYC verification requirements being met.

Forfeiture of funds. Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms — including fraud, money laundering, or serious bonus abuse — bv33 reserves the right to forfeit all balances associated with the account, including real-money funds deposited by the player. Such forfeiture will be carried out in accordance with applicable law and will be communicated to the account holder in writing.

Amendments to These Terms

bv33 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes may be made for a variety of reasons, including to reflect changes in platform features, payment methods, responsible gaming obligations, or applicable laws and regulations.

When material changes are made to these Terms, bv33 will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, will notify registered players via email or via an on-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Continued use constitutes acceptance. Your continued use of the bv33 platform following the publication of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your full acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes made to these Terms, you must stop using the bv33 platform immediately and contact [email protected] to request account closure.

These Terms are governed by the principles of fairness, transparency, and player protection. bv33 will not make retroactive changes to these Terms that disadvantage players in respect of bets already placed or bonuses already claimed prior to the date of the change.
